What is PEP?

The Peace Education Program is a series of free guided workshops to help you discover personal peace.

It gives participants the opportunity to focus and reflect on their humanity and inner resources — such as choice, hope and dignity.

Rather than describing or defining personal peace, the program empowers individuals to reach their own understanding.

Everyone can benefit.

Course Objectives

  • Understand the possibility of personal peace

  • Become aware of your inner resources

  • Recognize your innate value as a human being

Course Content

The course draws on Prem Rawat's international addresses, media interviews, and conversations with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Each session also features animated stories that bring the ten themes to life.

Video excerpts of his presentations are at the heart of the Peace Education Program workshops.

Each hour-long session is structured around approximately 30 minutes of video, followed by group discussion and personal reflection. Participants also receive a Workbook to support their learning throughout the course.
