What is PEAK?
Peace Education and Knowledge (PEAK) is Prem Rawat's self-paced online course in Self-Knowledge — designed to help you explore your inner resources and develop a lasting sense of personal peace.
At the conclusion of the course, there is an optional session at which Prem Rawat teaches a simple method to help turn your senses from the outside world to an inner experience of peace, an experience unique to each person. He offers guidance and practical tools he calls the “techniques of Self-Knowledge”, or just “Knowledge.”
Practicing these empowering techniques daily helps you to better understand your true self, revealing an ever-evolving experience of peacefulness and contentment.

Knowledge Techniques
At the end of the course, Prem offers guidance and practical tools he calls "Knowledge Techniques" — or simply "Knowledge." Practising these techniques daily is intended to help you understand yourself more deeply and develop a growing sense of fulfilment.
Taking this step involves attending a Knowledge session in person, supported by a trained facilitator. This is an optional next stage — and the decision is entirely yours.
